管膜分厂

管膜分厂成立于2013年9月，分厂是由原先的水冷壁车间、蛇形管车间、旋风筒车间、水冷套车间合并而成。

管膜分厂面积86800平方米，拥有作业人员348名，其中焊工及焊接技术125名，占一线生产总人数的36%。拥有4条生产自动线、4台埋弧焊生产线，2台螺旋焊生产线，4台H型翅片生产线，2台单支鳍片埋弧焊生产线，1台龙门焊机，1台成排弯管机，1台修边机，16台弯管机等。拥有成熟的生产工艺，齐全的检测手段，同时拥有一支高素质，高技能的员工队伍，专业制造国内外300MW、600MW、1000MW亚临界、超临界和超超临界的锅炉部组件（如水冷壁、水冷分室、蒸发屏、包覆过热器、高、中、低温省煤器、末级过热器、屏式过热器、分隔屏过热器、高温再热器、屏式再热器、省煤器、燃烧区域水冷套、旋风筒、模块等）。处于同行业领先水平的锅炉受热面制造车间。

The tube & membrane workshop was established in Sep 2013,  that was merging by water wall, coil, cyclone and water cooling around burns workshop.

The tube & membrane workshop area of 86800M2, 348 workers which is include 125 people of welder and welding engineer, It was 38% of total production line worker. The tube & membrane workshop has 4 tube production lines, 4 SAW production lines, 2 spiral fin tube production lines, 4 H- fin tube production lines, 2 single fin tube production lines, 1 gantry welding machine, 1 panel bending machine, 1 flat trimming machine, 16 tube bending machine etc,. We have mature production engineering, completed NDT. Also we have a high quality and high skills team, they are professional to fabricate the pressure parts of 300MW, 600MW, 1000MW subcritical, supercritical and ultra - supercritical boiler, which is (membrane, water cooling chamber,evaporation, super heater I II III, Eco I II III, re-heater, water cooling around burns, cyclone, modularization. The tube & membrane workshop is in the industry leading level of boiler heating surface manufacturing.
