管道分厂

管道分厂是江苏申港锅炉有限公司最重要的生产制造分厂之一，分厂下设集箱工段和管道工段，总面积约25000平方米，拥有作业人员   135  名，其中焊工及焊接技术  35 名，占一线生产总人数的  36  %。车间主要工艺设备有50台左右，主要包括23M和14M热处理炉，环缝埋弧焊机，小管座角焊缝埋弧自动焊机6台，中口径直管对接埋焊机2台、内孔氩弧焊机3台、大型锯床、镗床、钻床、50T/20T行车、水压设备等； 主要生产制造电站锅炉中的集箱（环形集箱）、内外部管道 、导汽管、分离器等多个部件，产品主要材料涉及SA-106B、SA-106C、SA-335P12、12CrMoVG,SA-335P22、SA-335-P91、SA-335-P92，可加工产品长度最大达—28m，本体厚度为10mm-120mm。

Header & Pipe Factory, one of the most important manufacturing factories of Jiangsu Sunco Boiler Co., Ltd., has the header and pipe two work sections. The factory covers an area of 25,000m2, has 135 workers, 35 of which are welding technicians and welders. There are about 50 sets of main equipments including 23m long heat treatment furnace, circumferential seam submerged arc welding machines, 6 units of header fillet welds automatic submerged arc welding machines, 3 units of ID root pass arc welding machines, dozens of boring machines and drilling machines, 50T/20T cranes, hydraulic equipments, etc. Its main products are headers (and ring headers), internal and external pipes, connecting pipes, separators and other components for power plant boilers, the main materials involve SA-106B, SA-106C, SA-335P12, 12CrMoVG, SA-335P22, SA-335-P91, SA-335-P92, for the single product’s length of maximum 28 m, and the wall thickness of 10mm to 120mm.
